We are at first a label selling our products through stockists across Australia. This online store is an outlet for extra stock and prices for the current season are always the same as in stores.
PayPal and Credit Cards We offer a safe, fast and convenient method of payment for online orders. All transaction are processed through PayPal, so if you pay by credit card, all your details are handled by PayPal and no one sees your details. The safest way to shop online. Ebay and Amazon use this method.
Credit Cards - We accept Mastercard and Visa.
Payment over the phone - If you would like to pay by credit card but not online, make sure you have the code, style name and size required and call us. We can take your order over the phone. Ph +61 2 6583 6500.
If you like to use internet banking then you may prefer to directly transfer the payment for your order into our bank account. Your order will be sent out as soon as we receive the payment, usually the next working day. Just call us and we'll assist you.

In order to process your order, we need information such as your name, email or contact number, delivery address and payment details. Your personal information can be viewed and changed by you if information provided is incorrect or out of date. You can do this by logging in with your username and password.

All orders being shipped within Australia will incur a $4.95 flat rate delivery charge.
International Delivery Charges Calculation
Please email us at info_at_theshantibutterfly_dot_com if you would like to place an order and you live outside of Australia. Prices for postage vary from one country to another and mail services are different, so to hear from you first by email is the best way to make sure you are served properly.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you have purchased the wrong size or in the unlikely event of being sent a faulty garment, please contact us immediately within 7 working days of your receipt and we will happily arrange for an exchange or refund. Once the item is received by us and has been insprected to ensure the product has not been worn and tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched to you immediately. We reserve the right to return the item back to you with no exchange or credit if the product fails the standards of our quanlity control check. Customers must also be aware that we will not exchange products due to a change of mind past the 7 days, according to our return policy. We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with our product. As another option of exchange, we can issue a credit note to be used for your next purchase, should you wish to use this option.
If a garment is sold out, it will appear in the size drop down menu stating that it is sold out. We generally do not recut our styles so we do not receive extra stock. You could possibly contact your local stockist and hopefully they will have your item available.
